Dear Valued Patients and Clients,

In this uncertain time, we at Advent Home Health Services, Inc. are unwaveringly committed to doing everything we can for the safety and well-being of our patients, clients, and team members. As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect us all in different ways, we are closely monitoring this rapidly evolving situation. We are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as our local, state, and federal governments in order to minimize, prevent, and monitor the spread and impact of the virus. We have educated our team members regarding COVID-19, reinforced infection control measures per CDC guidance, and taken additional precautions when it comes to ourselves, our surroundings, and providing care to our patients and clients.

Our team is following the prescribed safety protocols of regular handwashing with soap and water, sanitization of surfaces, the use of masks and gloves, and minimizing physical contact as much as possible. We have also instituted the use of questionnaires for our new and current patients and clients per IDPH guidance. This is in an effort to identify potential exposure, properly implement prevention methods, and take action per CDC guidelines. All of our employees have been advised to stay home and seek medical attention as necessary should they experience any of the known virus symptoms and known exposure. We maintain ongoing communication with our team to ensure they have appropriate and continual support throughout this period. As always, we are committed to continue providing quality, excellent care to our patients and clients with extra precautions as well as comply with facility policy, per CDC guidance.
